Happy Thursday everyone I hope you are doing alright and having a wonderful week. I am not going to lie it has been an extremely long week and I still have two sleep until I am able to play golf again. This morning started off bad when I woke up and saw that my beloved Brothers baseball team game got rained out. Something worse happened after that when my coworker call me around 8:15 in the morning to ask me a question and then to chat. To chat. To chat. To chat. Nothing like a nice 30 minute phone call to start the day.
I don’t know why I thought about this but I would like to speak about a man named Karl Pilkington for a few moments. I know 99% of people have no awareness of who this man is but he is the funniest man on the planet and does not mean too. There is a show that you can stream on Amazon dot com Prime Video, I think, named an Idiot Abroad. This is a show in which, show creators, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant send their friend Karl Pilkington around the world to travel. Thing is Karl has no interest in traveling or doing anything and is tortured by activates setup by Ricky and Stephen for him in foreign lands.
Karl got me thinking about other things I think are funny and I thought about and a man named Karl Stefanovic. This Karl is an Australian TV host and does wonderful work and has made Australia very proud. I would say they most famous video he is in is the one on YouTube dot com call long stabby thing, but there are hours of his videos on the web. Also Australians seem to have the best people with a great sense of humor.
People forget Grumpy Cats original name Tardar Sauce insinuating that this cat was R worded. May Grumpy Cat rest in peace and may its owner or owners be shamed for making fun of mentally disabled cats. Mentally disable animals do not get the recognition they deserve and are overshadowed by cute dog videos and girls dancing on TikTok dot com. #SPREADAWARENESSOFMENATLLYDISABLEDANIMALS
I watched Batman Begins last night which is the first film in The Dark Knight trilogy and it is not great. It is defiantly the weakest movie in the trilogy and is kind of dumb. But that just speaks to how amazing the next two films are, particularly The Dark Knight.
